When will my order be complete?

Quick-Ship items generally ship within 72 hours unless custom colors, prints or patterns have been selected.

Current lead time on standard, non Quick-Ship items, is 1-3 weeks.

We do our very best to build your orders in a timely manner. Material availability and custom options occasionally affect turnaround time.

Lead time is always an estimate, our products are all hand-made to order, customized to your specifications, and require the time to do such.

Lead time is figured in BUSINESS DAYS (M-F) and is cut off at 3 pm every day. [IE: an order placed at 3:15 pm on a Friday doesn’t get into production until Monday morning. We have found that happy workers are more productive, so we save the weekends for family and friends.

If you happen to require faster turnaround, please email us with your requirements and we will make every attempt to meet your needs. We have “RUSH” ordering as well as expedited shipping options; available upon request. All Military, Law Enforcement and First-Responders always get preference when it comes to any expedition of services.

*Please note: If there is an issue with the payment on your order, the order will NOT go into production until that is taken care of.

Returns Policy

HolsterCo Made Products:

HolsterCo made products may be returned in an undamaged and unmodified condition by the original purchaser for a period of 30 (calendar) days following the ship date of the products.

Once the 30 day period is over, the sale is considered final, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The customer should insure his/her return shipment against loss or damage. Any items sent COD will be rejected as RTS. In the event of incorrect or damaged items, HolsterCo will provide a return shipping label.

Please email prior to initiating your return, most fitment and concealment issues can be resolved with a few simple steps that we would be more than happy to walk you through.

Refund and repair processing can take up to 7-14 business days, but we will do our best to expedite this process. 

 *Refunds do not include shipping and handling.

**Any returns that are received that do not meet the criteria of “undamaged and unmodified condition” are subject to price adjustments and a 20% restocking fee.

All other Items:

All other items may be returned in an undamaged, unused, and unmodified condition by the original purchaser for a period of 14 (calendar) days following the receipt of the products.

Once the 14 day period is over, the sale is considered final, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The customer should insure his/her return shipment against loss or damage. Any items sent COD will be rejected as RTS. In the event of incorrect or damaged items, HolsterCo will provide a return shipping label.

Can you….

Can you make a holster for my everyday carry? Check the website, EVERY option is listed there. If you don’t see your item in the drop-down menu – it is not currently being offered.

I don’t see my item in the list – Can you “custom make” this for me? We have limited the number of custom orders that we take in which allows us to keep up with our lead times. Custom orders are limited to contract purchase orders at this time – please email with any questions.

I ordered online, but want to pick up in store? Include that in your order notes. We will send you a message when your order is complete, and once you are in the store we will refund your shipping costs.

Looking for a specific item/part that is not “holster” related? Send us an email – we can get most things ordered if we don’t already have them in the store. Yes, we have a store! We only feature a limited number of items on the website – so if you are in need of something, let us know!

 

Warranty

HolsterCo made products have a LIFETIME WARRANTY. HolsterCo takes great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of its products. Items used consistently with the original design intent THAT HAVE NOT BEEN MODIFIED IN ANY WAY are warranted. 

If you have any questions regarding fitment, defects or the safe use of the item – DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY AND CONTACT US.

Our products should NEVER be modified or customized in any way by the customer. Failing to use the holster as specified by HolsterCo along with the specific intent of its original design can result in serious injury or even death.

Non HolsterCo made products have a warranty subject to their manufacturer. Items and warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, but we are here to help facilitate that process if necessary. Please contact us for more information.

*HolsterCo made products purchased via 3rd party seller may have a voided warranty. Please contact us for more information.

 

What’s the status of my Order?

Due to a high volume of fraudulent credit card transactions, our online merchant has heightened the checkout parameters for your online orders. Should you enter a billing address and a shipping address that are not the same, our payment processing system may decline your transaction due to a mismatch. For the protection of our legitimate customers and ourselves, if your transaction is declined, you may be asked to verify your identity and complete payment. While we understand this may create a slight delay, we appreciate your patience as we handle the situation.

You will receive email updates regarding the status of your order. Whether we are waiting on payment, if your order is awaiting fulfilment, or it has been shipped – those updates will all be generated and sent to the email you listed at checkout. Tracking information will also be sent to the email used at checkout. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder for those order updates.

Your order was canceled. In the event that you have noted something on your order that we are unable to complete, you will be notified and your order will be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

*Please note that your order does NOT start processing until your payment has posted.

If your question is not answered by any of the references above – send it over via email.

We do not accept phone calls. In an effort increase productivity, we have eliminated the phones. Phone calls increase the chance of miscommunication and lost information, and we have found that emailing prevents both of those things. We will make every attempt to respond to your messages within 1 business day. If you have not heard from us, please reach out again [sometimes the “spam folder” takes over].

With that being said, we'd much rather be building your gear - so please search the FAQ for your answers first as we are busy working hard to keep lead times to an industry minimum!
