If your transfer item does not include a "locking device" or a "lockable container", an extra fee [tax free] may be imposed.

$100 Per NFA item [includes: suppressors, integrally suppressed barrels, SBRs, SBSs and machine guns].
When our Transfer Policy isn't observed / followed, we reserve the right to refuse shipment [at the BUYERS EXPENSE] OR charge an transfer extended fee.
FIREARM PURCHASE INFORMATION
IF YOUR ORDER CONTAINS A RECEIVER, FRAME, PISTOL OR A RIFLE – IT MUST BE SHIPPED TO AN FFL IN YOUR STATE OF RESIDENCE.
You may enter the FFL information during checkout. Depending on the information provided, we may have the FFL on file. If we don’t have their information on file, we will need a copy of their FFL. In the interest of minimizing delays, it’s always good to just send over the FFL for every order.
FFL’s can be sent to info@miholsterco.com [make sure to note the Order Number].
Please note that FFL orders typically ship within 1-3 business days of us receiving your FFL information.
IF YOUR ORDER CONTAINS A SHORT BARREL RIFLE, SUPPRESSOR OR ANY NFA ITEM – IT MUST BE SHIPPED TO AN FFL IN YOUR STATE OF RESIDENCE.
Please have your dealer contact us with their license information - we will need their FFL information AND EIN[SOT].
As stated above, you need to have your dealer contact us with their information. We will not search for information - there aren't enough hours in the day to maintain our shipping timelines and hunt down FFL information.
Please note that NFA orders typically require a little longer than our standard processing time. The Form 3 will be submitted the SAME DAY the FFL/SOT information is received.
*Wednesday is the ATF's maintenance day on their site - so no Form 3's will be submitted on Wednesdays.
CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS: Please confirm with your dealer that the item[s] you are purchasing are legal AND that they will accept your transfer. In addition to their FFL license, we will also need their CL number – as California DOJ requires us to send a Firearms Shipment Verification with every item.
As the Buyer, it is your responsibility to make sure that what you are purchasing is legal in your state of residence. Any additional shipping charged incurred due to non-acceptance of your item[s] will be the responsibility of the Buyer.
PLEASE NOTE: The federal ban on large-capacity magazines has ended. However, nine states and the District of Columbia have enacted laws banning large-capacity magazines. These states are California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York and Vermont.
