Returns Policy

HolsterCo Made Products:

HolsterCo made products may be returned in an undamaged and unmodified condition by the original purchaser for a period of 30 (calendar) days following the ship date of the products. ***

Once the 30 day period is over, the sale is considered final, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

All other Items:

All other items may be returned in an undamaged, unused, and unmodified condition by the original purchaser for a period of 14 (calendar) days following the receipt of the products.

Once the 14 day period is over, the sale is considered final, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. 

Please Note:

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The customer should insure his/her return shipment against loss or damage. Any items sent COD will be rejected as RTS. In the event of incorrect or damaged items, HolsterCo will provide a return shipping label.

Please email prior to initiating your return, most fitment and concealment issues can be resolved with a few simple steps that we would be more than happy to walk you through.

Refund and repair processing can take up to 7-14 business days, but we will do our best to expedite this process.

HolsterCo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

**Any returns that are received that do not meet the criteria of “undamaged and unmodified condition” are subject to price adjustments and a 20% restocking fee.

***Holster orders with "special order" colors/patterns/prints and/or light combinations are final sale - no returns or exchanges. [These items are uniquely customized rendering resale  difficult!]
