HolsterCo Holsters are hand-made to order, the return policy is in place to protect a buyer who isn't satisfied with the product [but we do our damndest to make sure that doesn't happen!]. The return policy doesn't apply to items that are "no longer needed."

HolsterCo made products may be returned in an undamaged and unmodified condition by the original purchaser for a period of 30 (calendar) days following the ship date of the products. ***
Once the 30 day period is over, the sale is considered final.
Please email prior to initiating your return, most fitment and concealment issues can be resolved with a few simple steps that we would be more than happy to walk you through.

All other items may be returned in an undamaged, unused, and unmodified condition by the original purchaser for a period of 14 (calendar) days following the receipt of the products.
Once the 14 day period is over, the sale is considered final.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The customer should insure his/her return shipment against loss or damage. Any items sent COD will be rejected as RTS. In the event of incorrect or damaged items, HolsterCo will provide a return shipping label.
Refund and repair processing can take up to 7-14 business days, but we will do our best to expedite this process.
HolsterCo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

**Any returns that are received are subject to a 20% restocking fee; additionally, returns that do not meet the criteria of “undamaged and unmodified condition” are subject to price adjustments AND the restocking fee. Returns that do not meet criteria listed above may result in store credit.
